Hi Fluffy,

thanks for replying so promptly. I think thats the way to go, 1/4

grain. I have been to hyper-land and its not pleasant !!! Do you

split your dose?

It is easy buying Corlan if you say they are for mouth ulcers, its

just a pain driving from chemist to chemist and only being allowed 1

x 20 pellet container. Thats why i thought perhaps i might order

online. Do u take Cortef? Hope u dont mind me picking your brain, ?

Thanks again

SheilaF

Hi again

5mg is the dose i am on now, perhaps i should stay on that. I have

linked up with Dr Myhill, unfortunately she has no time to see me

before i go away so i have opted for a detailed letter which she will

send after all my test results are back. I did see Dr (you

were very lucky i am told he hardly ever prescribes H/C) and thought

him a lovely, understanding man., but he is soooooo busy now, he took

six weeks to interpret my urine test from Holland and only looked at

them after i practically begged because i felt so ill.

I am hoping Dr Myhill will help me, at least to get thru the summer

and then i will go and see her in the autumn.

Thanks for your advice

In my nutritional therapy training we are told that for each year

that you have been ill, you need to allow a month to heal...I have

had thyroid problems for 25 years...that's two years to heal!!

I think that we need to change doses slowly to give our body time to

find its natural balance. Patience is definitely a virtue.

Whenever you make a change you get an equal an opposite reaction

elsewhere...like a see-saw and you need to give the see-saw time to

settle down before you make the next change!

I would take your Armour with you..or else pre-book an appointment

with a USA Top Doc who will prescribe Armour for you out there!

Best Wishes,

Fluffy

I like it. :-) I have a few docs that need this procedure. Be

sure to send them off with lots of TSH test kits, since that's all

you need for proper treatment.
