I'm kinda bummed. I helped hubby move our piano yesterday and pulled a

muscle in my back. :( I am not a happy camper. No today, and I

normally don't exercise on the weekend because of family stuff, so I'm going

to go at least three days in a row without any workouts. I am afraid of

being down for a long time and I don't want to get derailed. I am up a pound

on top of it. I can't even exercise to try and make an effort to take it

back off. ACK!!!!
