Question to Moderator about Prescriptions?

I have read that a prescription is needed to get a DOC band. Is that

entirely true? If you do not plan on having an insurance company

involved is a prescription still needed to get the treatment?

Yes, FDA requires a medical prescription for all cranial orthotic devices. It doesn't matter if you pay or insurance pays a dr must write a RX.
