Ms Katurah, My point exactly and this allowed you to find a trigger that if your blood sugar is high, you are in more pain. So now you can make sure when it first reflects being high, get it down. You need to list the effects like you do and also the time period it takes for these symptoms to go away. This will teach you to anticipate a trigger and prevent it. It is just a tool used to assist you get to know what works and what does not and documentation. You can also identify trends, Do I have higher sugar during holidays, when I am going somewhere, stress levels go up, then fibro flare. You have got it down and I am sure your doctor appreciates it so he in turn can help you. Your blood pressure probably goes way down when your fall down like that and that is known as hypotensive and please let your doctor know so y ou don't break anything and you can regulate your blood sugar to not do that.
