Dear greedy little piggy, I think you're a armour addict, as I am. I'd drop back to 4 grains. How long were you on the 4 grains? That pulse is a bit high...that's why I'd drop back down...and wait until your infection is gone...and then see where you are before upping it again. Remember you can also go up by 1/4 grain. Are you splitting your dose in am and pm? cindi

Guest guest
Tee hee, it is addictive isn't it? I'm addicted to feeling well again! You'll never guess what... my pulse is back at 76 bpm now. I had just been to the gym before & came back feeling crappy cos of my cold. I had a couple of hours kip & now my pulse is down. I'm confused! maybe I should just keep an eye on it... (desperately wanting to hang in there at 4.5...) I do my dose all in one whack first thing in morning, it seems to work for me. I tried multi-dosing & sublingually but I'm better just swallowing the lot. Thanks for replying to greedy me, Fee x x x x Cindi wrote: > Dear greedy little piggy, > I think you're a armour addict, as I am. > I'd drop back to 4 grains. > How long were you on the 4 grains? > That pulse is a bit high...that's why I'd drop back down...and wait until your infection is gone...and then see where you are before upping it again. > Remember you can also go up by 1/4 grain. > Are you splitting your dose in am and pm? > cindi
Guest guest
I'd back off to 4 until the cold is over, completely... then consider trying again... what are you on for adrenals??? Guest guest
Now that is an idea for ThyroGeek's (Topper)clinic-------Rehab!!!!!!!!!!!! Feisty > > > Piggy rehab is in your future. > Cindi >
Guest guest
Oh, definitely.. including demonstration and practical application of short cuts for food prep and every day household chores... the more efficiently we learn to do things.. the more that we can do.. and if you guys are anything like me... you have a whole lifetime of things to catch up on and an entire world to get out and be a part of... I think that goes hand in hand.. to get things 'put together' again, so that home is a joyous thing, something to share with friends and family and a real home to venture from and happily return to.... How many of us have the nagging guilt at the house not being as tidy as we'd like, projects that have waited to be completed.... you get the gist... So I want to make that part of the whole package... Learning all the short cuts and easy ways to get every thing done and pleasant and freeing time up to enjoy our new lives... Gosh.. I'm so sappy about this.... I want us to all have LIVES and be HAPPY again.. we're entitled.. we've already been through more than enough!!!!!! *quietly stepping off soap box and discretely sliding it sideways with my foot so no one notices* Topper () On Sat, 8 May 2004 12:07:55 -0500 " Feisty\(ThyroFeisty\) " writes: > Now that is an idea for ThyroGeek's > (Topper)clinic-------Rehab!!!!!!!!!!!! > > Feisty
Guest guest
Hi Topper, Thanks for replying, how are ya? I don't take anything for adrenals, I'm not sure I need it. Had a 9am cortisol blood drawn & it was fine. I know that's not too accurate a test, but cos I'm trying for a baby my doc doesn't want to start me on steroids. My pulse is back down now at 76 bpm, think maybe I'm fighting a fever, if I'm still not feeling well tomorrow I'll cut back again. Glands in my neck are very swollen & sore throat & coughing. Yuk. love Fee x x x > I'd back off to 4 until the cold is over, completely... then consider > trying again... what are you on for adrenals??? > > IMHO > > Topper () >
Guest guest
So a lot of this may be related to your body fighting the sick... just give it some good TLC, plenty of fluids and nutritious food and let it do battle..... Sometimes we have to let nature do it's thing to the best of it's ability and then step in with assistance when it's ready......
