Sorry guys I've been through hell

I am so sorry I have not been myself lately. I have been through hell and back

I am on the way back now. I got very very sick with the flu and did\not take my

meds. You all knows what happens when you do not take your meds. I WILL TELL

YOU.

You go through withdrawals and I was vomiting and had the diarrhea. Every muscle

on my body hurt. I wound up in the ER just because of the flu. What I have gone

through just drove home the importance of taking your meds on time and in time.

I do not want anyone to feel like that so take those meds unless you want a

visit to the ER with an IV in your arm.

I am still going through a lot more as in being hungry. Start eating slowly or

wind up with a really bad tummy ache
