Anyone Ever Have Bilateral Radiofrequency?

Tommorrow morning I am going in for a " bilateral radiofrequency ablation L2-L5.

My pain Doc says this is the last thing he can try before surgery. I have had

epidural injections,facet injections,nerve blocks, all with no relief.

Anyone ever had this done? Any last minute advice will be GREATLY appreciated!
