worried about baby Joe's head shape

Hi,

Just stumbled onto this message board and would hope that you can

help me.

I'm Lana and live near York England. Over the last couple of days

I've noticed that the shape of Joe's skull is really flat on one

side. It's the side he turns to as he sleeps and really only seems

to have been a problem since I transferred him to his cot from his

Moses basket. Prior to that he slept with me quite a lot as I am

still breastfeeding.

I've had a bit of advice from another message board to place a

rolled up toewl under the mattress so his head will natuarlly turn

to the other side. I wonder if you lot recommend that?

I really hope it sorts itself out - the helmet looks very

uncomfotable for the poor wee mites.

Joe is now 17 weeks and 5 days. He was a month premature.
