Guest guest Posted October 17, 2005 Report Share Posted October 17, 2005 Hello my friends, I am so glad I have you to talk with. You all know what I am going through. Today, it started out " average " . Not great, not poor. Do you find that your body feels ok, then, you suddenly get worse? This scares me, and I am trying to cope and not let it bother me. When I start aching and hurting in my arm and back or chest, all I can think of is my heart. My doctor says that my heart is fine. So, I keep telling myself this. Today, that area ached so much, and just got worse. Around 2:00 in the afternoon, I had to lie down for a while, and I just couldn't get comfortable. I felt like I was coming down with the flu, just so achy. I got up after a couple of hours and took my two little dogs outside for a walk. It is COLD outside, and I am learning that the cold aggravates my bones. So, when I came in the house after my walk, I felt like someone had taken a baseball bat and slugged me in the back with it two or three times. And a sudden painful headache, lawdy. So I just tell myself that my doc said my heart is ok and this is all part of my illness. Does anyone else have anything similar to this happening to them?
