Guest guest
Hello, My name is and I'm new here. Dr told me yesterday she thinks I have Fibromyalgia. She's a pretty good DR (there aren't many) and she wants me to take B-12 injections, Some fatty acids, CoQ10, a good multi vit, higher magnesium. I'm still not convinced I have this. Here are my symptoms; FATIGUE (ever since having a child C-section), pain in-between eyes, pain on mostly left forearm (little on right) right knee only pain, neck pain (this could be job related), focus probs, bloating, crave chocolate. Now I'm 44 and getting close to menopause....What do you all think? And have any of you tried B-12 injections? Jean Dear , Thanks for the message. There's just something about eating. Since I was a child. My doctors need me to lose weight because it would help my back, my pain, and some other health issues. I have been overweight since 2nd grade. No one really knew why. When I was 21 I found out that I polycystic ovarian syndrome. A couple of the side effects are gaining weight with an inability to lose weight. The only time I really lose weight is when I go under the knife for another back surgery. I had lost 70 pounds there for a while. I'd gain a little back everytime I went back to work with all the stress (chocolate) therapy. Now, I've gained about 55 of it back. I'm up to 270 and holding. And with the very little amount of food that I eat it's amazing that I haven't plummeted more. I just find so many healthy foods that upset my stomach. My doctor wanted me to start on a high fiber diet. I bought this whole or multi grain bread like he said. I ate a sandwich one day for lunch and I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Doubled over in pain. Bananas double me over in pain too. It's just ridiculous. When I work on Saturday's, I stop by Mc's and buy hotcakes. I bring them to work, let them sit on my desk and get cold and then eat them for lunch instead of the breakfast that they are intended for. They are better plain and cold anyway. My stomach does fine with potatos, white bread, pancakes, crackers... stuff like that. I had to lay off the chocolate because of my stomach, which is good. If only I could get rid of my caffeine free pop now. LOL. Pretty much I'll get rid of everything that I can eat and end up starving to death. LOL. Just kidding. I like food too much to have an anorexia problem. Even if every food in the world cause my stomach to hurt I just eat a little and pop a pepto caplet. LOL. thanks, Jayne > > I wouldn't know how to eat 6 small meals a day. I eat about a meal and > a half a day. I eat lunch.
