Funny you said this about the tennis ball. My physical therapist has me put

tennis ball in areas of spasm for a self-myofascial massage and it releases the

spasm.

I have tennis balls in socks to put behind the small of the back when I drive to

prevent spasm. So, keep those tennis balls handy.
