Call the 211 number please and they have list of agencies. We also have a

transport system called CARTS and I am sure you have this

in your area, so they can take you to the store and assist you.

So:

1-Call the Agency your care give is with, it should be in the paperwork on your

initial visit. They will have an on call person and get them to assist you now.

2-Call the 211 Number and get the local agencies.

3- Contact the places below I found by doing internet search, if they can't help

you, they will probably know someone that can.

Valley Caregiver Resource Center

3845 North Street, Suite 201

Fresno, CA 93726

PHONE:

TOLL FREE:

FAX:

Community Food Bank

3403 East Central Avenue

Fresno, CA 93725-2542

Let us know if any of this helps but call the 211 number. Bennie
