Part of my feeling better has been that I do not eat after 5pm for the

past 10 days or so.

I don't go to the loo in the middle of the night now which is a

blessing. Unfortunately choosing between sleep and feeling hungry is

depressing. I see commercials or smell food and I want to eat it even

if it is junk I don't normally feel this way. This is all due to the

fact I feel hungry.

What can I eat to make me feel more satiated so I don't feel so hungry?

I hope to be able to snack again at 7ish and a little later..

do you do well with the smoothies??? or a bit of something high in fat

an avocado, yogurt/honey,pecan butter on a spoon lika a kid :-) just
