Gosh, Margaret, you remind me of me with this. It seems like I eat,

breathe, and sleep MT, LOL!

Hey, that's cool if I can be like you when I grow up. :)

Non-doctor bloopers

Okay, I know I can't always hear straight, but now I find that I can't

always see straight. One of the doctors is retiring from the hospital where

I work and they are planning a reception for him. The flyer just came via

e-mail. Would you believe, I read it as saying that they wanted to honor

him for his " 30 years of dictation and service... " I was sitting there

trying to figure out why they were honoring him for 30 years of dictation,

when it finally struck me that that word was dedication. Oh well, guess it

is Monday again (even though this is actually Weds for me, since my week

starts on Sunday). It's gonna be a long week. Margaret

, she posted a while back and said she's here but incognito. I didn't

ask any questions, but I've been playing a game with myself trying to figure

out which poster she is. :P

RE: Non-doctor bloopers

I've been wondering, has anyone heard from JanTranscribes lately? :)

Oh, that is funny Margaret! I know that sometimes for us it feels like 30

years after listening to 30 minutes of their dictation!! :) I've been

wondering, has anyone heard from JanTranscribes lately? :)

, I haven't heard from her since I went on vacation and then got sick and

was away from the group for so long. Did she say anything before she left?

I can't remember. I'll have to check the archives; maybe the answer is

there. I noticed a couple weeks ago that I wasn't seeing any posts from

her. I'll let you know if I find anything. :)

Thanks for the info...I miss her posts! I found a message from her way back

at the beginning of February '02, but I haven't had a chance to delve

further into the archives yet. Might have to do that from home because once

I start reading them.....lol, you know, very little work gets done! lol

Well, Ms. Incognito aka JanTranscribes, if you are out there Happy MT Week

to you!!! And all my other wonderful MT pals here at nmtc! :o)

A good laugh. Thanks. I needed it especially since I just found out that

the new online email uses Outlook express which is evidently corrupt and

may have been the problem with my computer for these past months; domino

effect?

Speaking of MT week I am hoping to tape the program on PBS tomorrow.

Today my client asked me when MT week was. She must have something up her

sleeve. Will keep you all posted.

Aliceanne, What program are you hoping to tape tomorrow? Does it have something

to do with transcription? Just wondering, Margaret
