Flares/Cycles

Hi,

Do any of the women here notice that their flares are worse during that 2 week hormonal shift from ovulation to the start of the period. My symptoms become so bad during that time. Esp the dizziness, nerve pain, joint pain and stomach problems... along with the hot flashes. I am not menopausal.... at least I hope since I am only 32 and have no children yet... lol

Hi, I’d like a journal. I wanted to ask a question. I only suffer 2 conditions right now but am thinking maybe I should get the 3rd section in case something else comes up. Also I have 3 children and a husband and am thinking about either getting extra sections or journals to keep their health journal and kept straight. It’s not only hard to keep my own health straight but my family’s as well. How expensive would that be? What do you suggest? Neither my kids nor husband have issues. Well my son complains of aches and pains so I am fearful for him. One of my daughters has headaches every now and then. I know its not just my appts and concerns that I have to keep track of. I am open to any suggestions? Thanks and God bless!!

Hello All Interested,

I call it a Medical Journal because I can do any illness not just fibro. In fact I allow you 2 illnesses without extra charge. The book with 1 or 2 topics is $25.00 plus $5.00 shipping. If you want extra topics it's $5.00 per topic.

You will have to let me know how many I need because I will have to search out all my stuff to do them. They are packed away with the move. We moved from a 2 bedroom apt. to a tiny Travel Trailer then into the Motor Home. So things are pretty messed up. But I can get set up if there are interested parties. I use either Pay Pal, Check or Postal or Wal-Mart Money Orders.

When I round all up you need to let me know the color you want I should have Black, White or Blue. As for topics it would be like Fibro & IBS, Or Fibro & Hypothyroid, Fibro & Tmj, Fibro & Restless Leg & on and on but you should have the idea now.

With this book you will be prepaired for that Dr. visit if you use it like your supposed too. Also be sure to bring a friend or relative along that can write down what the Dr. tells you or make him go slow so you can. This way you don't leave the office and 30 minutes later ask yourself what did the darn Doc tell me????? You will have it right there at your finger tips.

The books have write on, wipe off pages for keeping track of pain, when, where & what you did for it. It has the body forward and backward where you can mark all painful spots, areas to write as well and 3 different pain scales to go by. After your appointment you can just wipe the pages off and start over.

It also has you and your families medical history. Pages to keep all prescriptions written down, the mg, how often and time you take it. If you have a problem with it? Then if your med is changed you put in the date it was stopped & why. Add any new or substituted meds. Always keep them in the journal even if not taking because you probably wouldn't remember drugs from the past and thier affects. This way they are right there.

There is just way to much in the book to tell all. I prefer to have a phone conseltation as we start building your book. I can explain it better and you can tell me what you do and don't want in the book.

Especially with this computer lately. If I don't answer you soon and I am posting so you know I am up and on-line then make it BOLD and YELL at me so maybe I won't miss.
