Guest guest
Yes, Olif, he actually did something with me. He had me lay on the exam table, then he put his hand behind my head (If I remember correctly) and had me sing a tone. Oh, rats, that was tonal healing, not energy work. Oh well. I thought it was kind of weird, but then he told me I had a beautiful voice! He has talked about energy work, though. C.

Does he seemed stressed to you? -Olif
Guest guest
I don't think it is stress; he is a high energy person, and I think it comes across as stress. Not sure what I think of tonal healing; the websites I looked up were pretty funky, lol. I read about myself (or so it seemed) on Celiac.com and am going to talk with him about that. C. Guest guest
Ok, I have to ask...you pay this guy HOW much to do this???? Sorry...I can't help but be a little leary with people who mess with our health. Some of the traditional drs. aren't the only quacks out there. Guest guest
: " He is dabbling in a lot of different things; his practice is not well established yet. " This is absolutely true! And, IMO, is a great cause of his stress. From things he has said to me, he is struggling internally over how he wants to run his practice, who really has the " right answers " , etc. He really does want to help people, but he is clearly neglecting his own health at that expense, which is a double edged sword. If he doesn't pay more attention to his own health, he won't be able to help anyone else. What he really needs is a mentor/friend. He mentioned asking Dr. Harding out to lunch (he knows her), after I mentioned a few times that she was familiar with this and that. I think it would really help him. He is very open-minded, but it seems he is trying to do this alone, without any guidance from doctors who have already been where he is. He also needs to setup a formal training with Diagnos-Techs. I am going to suggest that to him sometime as well. He really has little/no understanding how the adrenals and thyroid interact. If he truly wants to help people with this, he needs to receive more training it in. I am sure the lab educates doctors at no expense to them. I really do like him. I will probably see him a bit here and there, but I really just needed someone who has more knowledge, so I can finally have a doctor tell me what tests I need and how to interpret them, etc. instead of the other way around! -Olif
Guest guest
Just butting in here where I really have no business, but I just had an actual THOUGHT and it happens once in a while in spite of my brain being stuck in Silly Putty lately....... It sounds to me like he needs an office manager who can get him organized. One of you would make him a great office manager!!!
