Guest guest
Don't feel bad--I am peri-meno and being a B*tch is feeling quite natural. And reading your post makes me feel even more b*tchy. ARGHHHHHHHH! Explain this all to me further about what is going on in Canada. The fact that most docs are not taking in new patients---is this common all over Canada? And if so, this would mean that anyone would have VERY few docs to choose from, thus making it even harder to find a doc who will understand good Armour dosing, etc, correct?? If so, I am sickened. Please let me know about this in Canada. Hashi's is a " simple " condition to " cure " ?? Give me a break. " All dessicated means is mashed up glands thrown into a pill " . Give me a break!! " The dosage in each pill is unpredictable. " Give me a break!! That doctors SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Janie, feeling bitchy with you > I told him about my fairly recent diagnosis of Hashi's. He said > Hashi's was a very simple condition to cure and VERY common. I said I > didn't think so and he asked, " Well what was so bad that you feel > makes this condition bigger than what it is (not exact word, but close > enough) " ? He also said that Hashi's comes on fast, the thyroid burns > out, and you take a pill: DONE. I already knew from that that I was > going to have problems. Then came the big question as to what I was > taking. I told him Armour and he said, " What the heck is that " ?

I really hoped that this guy being a new doctor would be a little more up-to-date and willing to listen also. He was a total dud. Didn't even introduce himself. He just asked why I was there? I told him for a doctor/patient initial consultation to see if " you want to keep me or kick me to the curb " . I laughed trying to break the ice and he didn't even crack a smile. PLGHHHHHHHHHHHHH! That's me blowing a raspberry. Not sure how to do that typed out lol.
