Guest guest
My understanding is that doctors will generally not remove fibroids during a c-section because there is so much blood in the uterus (or having gone to it during the pregnancy) that the risk of bleeding out is too high. > > Also, does anyone know if doctors remove fibroids during a c-section? > God can do all things, so I'm trying to stay positive! > > It's been an awesome adventure! > WoAiYesu! > > >
Guest guest
< Also, does anyone know if doctors remove fibroids during a c-section? > Normally they don't; however, a lady in our German-language group just had a large fibroid removed during a c-section, with very little bleeding. It took her five months to find the specialist in Vienna, Austria, who did the surgery though. If you live in the States, Vienna will be too far. But it seems to me that there are more fibroid specialists in the States than in Europe, so you may be lucky and find someone who can do it.
