Hi! For the person who asks, my friend started taking 1200 mg of Tart

Cherries that she got at a store called Organica and found it really made a

difference for joint pain

Thanks

I wonder if that was a placebo effect? I've been eating cherries all my

life and haven't seen a bit of difference with pain. Cherries, both

sweet and tart, are quite nutritious, but they don't contain anything

unusual in the fruit and berries family.

I do not think so. My friend switched supplements and she has a bump on her hand

that came back. When she went back to the original supplement, it went away

again. I think the dosage needs to be high and you may not be able to get enough

just eating the cherries,

Thanks
