How do I remove myself from the list?

I've tried to remove myself through e-groups and yahoo, but am STILL getting all

of the e-mails.

I enjoy reading them, but it's overflowing my in-box.

I echo the message below. I have gone to PalTalk and asked to be taken off

the e-mail listing and I have no answer back. Please remove me from all

groups or tell me how to do this.
