Guest guest
The consensu is that Diagnos-Techs is more accurate. If you have the money, do them at the same time. It would be interesting to see the difference. in Florida --- glory2glory1401 wrote: > Has anyone used ZRT labs? > > I know they are more expensive than Diagnos-Techs, > but I am wondering > if they have a better reputation or are a better > quality lab than > Diagnos-Techs? > Thanks for any input, > Trish > > ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell. http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com/
Guest guest
Hi Trish, I was wondering if Dr. charged you to speak to him about your labs. I just got mine back and I'm very confused by the results. They are pretty inconsistent with my serum labs and I'm not sure which one to believe. I'd like to talk to him about it. Thanks, > > > > > Has anyone used ZRT labs? > > > > > > I know they are more expensive than Diagnos-Techs, > > > but I am wondering > > > if they have a better reputation or are a better > > > quality lab than > > > Diagnos-Techs? > > > Thanks for any input, > > > Trish > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > _____________________________________________________________________ > _______________Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell. > > http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com/ > > >
Guest guest
Actually he did not. I was pretty upset when I called him, because I didn't like the fact that Diagnos-Techs charged me for doing the test when they said right on the TSH result that there was a problem with the time elapse between collection and specimen and receipt. My point to him was, " Well, why didn't they just tell me to send a new sample and overnight it, rather than use a bad sample and charge me for a full test that had bad results? I would have certainly done that. The onus is on the lab to determine what is a viable sample. " I also mentioned that I head a large support group with over 1300 members, and I needed to know whether or not I could trust Diagnos- Techs enough to recommend them to all of these people. My support group is http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/SalineSupport/ (We have hundreds of women who are sick with thyroid and probably adrenal issues due to implants.) He offered me a free consultation which actually lasted 1/2 an hour. (Very nice of him, but given my concerns, understandable.) I felt that the information that he provided was clearly helpful, helping me to realize that while my test showed stage 7 adrenal fatigue, the interpretation of that first higher morning cortisol reading was key in showing that my adrenals are not totally shot. He also helped with my thyroid interpretations and sex hormones, which showed actually that my thyroid is working rather well and that I need a small dose of progesterone cream to get a 30:1 ratio of progesterone to estradiol. Guest guest
Hi Trish, I saw your question asking if anyone had used ZRT labs on the NTH yahoo group and sent a response. I used ZRT labs and just received my results back. I was very pleased with ZRT. I froze the sample before I sent it, then took it to our local post office. They received the tubes 3 days after I mailed them. They sent my results via email in 6 working days; then sent a hard copy in the mail. My saliva tests were lost at Diagnos-Tech for about 10 days. Their service people were not what I would call helpful or customer oriented. I paid to have my samples overnighted (UPS) and they said UPS must have messed up. D.T. wouldn't let me take a second test unless I wanted to pay for it. According to the UPS tracking internet site, the package was delivered to D.T. the morning after I sent it. I think D.T. " lost " it for 10 days and just didn't want to help with the situation even though some of the tests were now to old to be valid. I told them to cancel the test and also told them I was going to stop payment on my check. If you use D.T., If you use D.T. again, I would call to confirm they receive the saliva tubes, then follow up within a week just to be sure everything is on track. Guest guest
Thanks, the receipt of test samples and processing on a timely basis seems to be an issue for Diagnos-Techs....it seems my experience was similar to yours.
