Guest guest
Keep in mind that smoking is one of the worst things you can do for pain, because it constricts the blood vessels and hinders oxygen delivery to muscles and nerves, which also increases systemic inflammation. This has been proven through very good scientific studies, particularly for those with back pain. If you're smoking, this is just one more great reason to stop! Smoking is very destructive for the stomach and all of the GI tract. Kaylene
Guest guest
Thanks for that info Kaylene. I was wondering if you have a website or where I can get more info on these scientific studies about pain smoking. I hear similar tests quoted often but have yet to see actual evidence. Thanks!
