Is there anything around there that says SUN Java or something similar? If so, that needs to be UNchecked. Which boxes do you have checked under Microsoft VM? Hopefully this is your problem! Chat can be tempermental, but should let you in. Do you have Windows XP? A fast enough internet connection?
