Guest guest
Yicks, I use a cold cloth and fan blowing on my legs. Heat only makes it worse for me. I guess everyone is different. /Tired Leg Syndrome , sounds like a definite case of Restless Leg Syndrome. I have it and it is maddening. Mine gets so bad, it actually makes me sick to my stomach. Before the doctor put me on Klonepin and Carbomethanol which is a muscle relaxer, I would fill the tub with water as hot as I could stand it and just soak. This is extremely annoying at 2 am when you know you have to get up at six. Icey Hot also works (but NEVER use it right after the hot bath. It's funny now, but then it wasn't!) Propping your legs up on a pillow with a heating pad on top also helps. Stay away from caffeine and chocolate. They have now become your worst enemies if you want to get a good nights sleep. Talk to your doctor though. Taking the Klonepin and the muscle relaxer before bed is the easiest by far.Hope this helps,Debbie
