Guest guest
I have this appeal hearing coming up in 10 days and am scrambling to put together a presentation for the judge. I will have TWO agencies fighting me, apparently, both of them represented by attorneys. Eeeeep! So I got out the leftover gallon (yep, GALLON) of vanilla ice cream from 's DOC Grad party and sat here at the computer doing research with a serving spoon (forget a wimpy little teaspoon!) and a bottle of chocolate syrup. I ate ice cream with chocolate syrup until I got cold, then ended up sucking chocolate straight from the bottle. Ahhhhhhh...the ultimate cure. If anyone out there has been through an administrative law hearing to appeal payment for a band, could you contact me? I don't know what to expect, how much time I have to talk, how to summon a witness (or subpoena one), what I can object to, etc. I will pay it forward. If I don't puke first. , 21 mos, DOC Grad 9/

Guest guest
LMAO!! OMG I really feel for you. I wish there was something more I could do to help. When I went in front of the panel of medical directors at the HMO I thought my heart was going to fall out of my chest. I would just practice what you will say as much as you can or make really good cue cards. You probably don't have to worry about too many formalities but I could be wrong. I'm sure you have all of the data you need and his B & A pics and measurements, the Aetna thing is great. You will do the very best jub you can, I am certain of that. I can't wait to hear how it goes. I am roooting for you so hard!!! Sue Colin F. 11 mos., brachy, rt plagio STARband 6/29 Buffalo, NY P.S. I too have done that w/ice cream and Hershey's syrup!
