Jill the only center I ever heard of was in Phoenix, I know the wait list is around a year to get in. But I would be glad to look into it and get back to you if you wish. Also, www.arthritisfoundation.org has a lot of suggestions and updated material on Fibro and other related diseases, if any one is interested.Jill Schaben wrote:

Hi Jill

I was so desperate several months ago and schedule an appt w/the fibro & fatigue center locally and after serious thought decided against it due to the extreme cost and knowing my insurance would only reimburse only so much without a guarantee it would even really work and worried at how long I would have to continue treatment. The cost of ongoing treatment without knowing for sure it would help or work made me change my mind so I cancelled my appointment.

I do know a guy in another fibro group is going and in the midst of several different supplements and I am sure it is costing him a lot and it seems like a long process. If it works, I am happy for him but I just couldn't see doing that myself.

Best of luck with your decision. Do what you feel is best.

Is it possible to get a dr to write a script for such a place do you think? Spelock wrote:

The best thing that can help you with this illness or

any other illness is Glyconutrients. I have

Fibromyalgia/CFS, Raynauds Phenomenen and was almost

ready to die whenever my Doctor introduced me to these

products and they are wonderful. I have been on them

for about two weeks now and even after the first

couple of days I could tell the difference. I am not

taking regular naps every day now and have been

actually getting some house cleaning done.

If, you would be interested in them please let me know

and I can hook you up.

Longview, TX

P.S. These are miracle nutrients as people have been

healed from all kinds of diseases including Cancer.

That would be great. I've already kind of gotten into

it with them, and it is already costing me. But most

of what they are saying doesn't seem to make much

sense. For instance they tested me for a bunch of

viruses, and as you know viruses lay dormant in our

system and most of us have some level of viruses. I

apparently had tested higher in 3 of the ones they

tested me for, therefore they want to put me on

anti-virals for quite a while. I don't think my

stomach can take that. Plus, the antivirals don't

make it go away, they only decrease it's effects I

think. I'm not sure if I want to do it. I need to

talk to my regular doctor or someone who specializes

in such things that is on my insurance. They also

said my T3 and Reverse T3, even though in range need

to be a 1/3 ratio. They also want to put me no

thyroid. Of course I can't get that through a regular

pharmacy, it has to be ordered through a company. And

they have charged me so much for supplements and I

can't take half of them. I'm just not having a great

experience, it seems like they might be selling hope.

If you find anything out, I would appreciate it.

I'm very interested in knowing more about the

glyconutrients. I'm really sick right now and

nothing seems to be helping. Where do you get it, and

what are they? Did your regular PC physician

introduce you to these? I need a good fibro doc. away

from the clinic I think.

I'm not sure what you mean. I know they only take

cash and you have to file on your insurance. I would

recommend other avenues before trying it, I thought it

would provide more answers, but it has not.

Where are you located? My fibro doctor is in Gun

Barrel City, TX and he is the one that introduced me

to these wonderful Glyconutrients and they have worked

wonders for My Mother and myself.

I am going to hopefully hold a seminar soon regarding

these products if, you are in our local area.

Please let me know. I don't really even think you

would need a doctor after you try these products.

Take care.
