Hello all. I am pretty new here, and I just need some

encouragement. I am 23 years old, mother of 1, 5'4 " and 220 lbs. I

want to drop about 55 pounds by May. Is my goal unrealistic? Any

suggestions on where to begin? I don't think I am very motivated

right now. I tried Atkins, but all the meat made me sick (acid

reflux..don't work well with beef). I tried weight watchers before,

and was thinking about doing it again. HELP!
