Good Morning everyone, Well..OK, It's morning, Let's hope it's a good one. *lol*

I haven't posted much the week following coming home from Training, he was given that week off before starting his new job, to spend with the kids and I, so we pretty much hung out together, and visited a very good friend of mine a couple days last week.Which was nice. He took our 5 year old daughter fishing this weekend, which was SO cute. She sat out there for a LONG time with him, and I guess she caught one, but it was too small to keep. But he had a caught a decent sized small mouthed bass, and they brought that back, cleaned it ( ewwwwww yucky ) and cooked it, Becca even ate some. I was SO proud of her.

started work on Monday morning, and so far he loves it, but I think he's really grateful to have a job finally, and just feels doubly blessed that it's something he likes. Monday started out OK for me, but by early afternoon, my back had seized up so bad, I was taking the darvocet the doc had prescribed for me, but that was NOT helping, by the time Dan got home, I was curled into a ball on the loveseat trying to put as much of my body on the heating pad as I could. Dan came home and asked when I had taken the last pain pill, then went to the internet and came back and told me to take another one, then rubbed my back and shoulders out, which he said was filled with tiny little knots everywhere, which I am assuming is caused more by the myofascial than the fibro. Then later rubbed my feet ( ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.. ) I was finally able to get comfortable enough to fall asleep. I really need to get the rest of the scripts filled from my doc, but I can't afford too. One of those is a muscle relaxer.

Yesterday I did pretty good, I got my kids closet cleaned out, and my closet cleaned out, and my room and bathroom cleaned up, I was sore, but it wasn't anything the darvi's weren't enough to at least knock into the background, and I was sick of looking at the mess, Dan came home around 2:30 or so, and we were sitting outside shortly after that, and we heard thunder, so we came in and watched the radar, basically it was forming a little ways out from my house, I shut down the comp, right as they were announcing a severe thunderstorm warning, Our youngest hadn't had a nap, and I was starting to stiffen up, so I took her back in our room and laid down, when WHAM! I jumped up, yelling for Dan because it had made the power flicker and I was SURE we had lost a tree, ( we live in a trailer, in a park...but it's more like a community, our lots basically an acre, and we have HUGE trees on it. ) And I grabbed Danni because I was waiting for a tree to come crashing down. So my dear sweet husband walks out the door ( in the middle of a thunderstorm ) and as he rounds the back of the trailer, WHAM and you could see the light from it. OMG! The kids start screaming that Daddy's outside, and my 5 year old starts crying that Daddy's Dead, I went flying out the door, stopped because I was scared, and yelled for him.......nothing. Okay, I take off around the house yelling for him, and he's like "what?" OMG, I wanted to kill him *lol* I start DRAGGING him back in the house, ( he lost a flip flop from this ) And pretty soon the storm passes...it was like watching one of those things you see on TV after a twister goes through ..People were walking out of thier houses, looking at thier trees, and the sky...asking if everyone was OK. Really bizarre. Anyway, our neighbors on the other side comes over, and we were looking behind the house, and there is a tree about 10 feet behind the wall where my daughter and I were laying, which power lines run between, and it had been struck, it blew the bark off the tree and scarred it, but that tree did not come down. THANK GOD. A million diffrent things could have happened, that didn't cuz someone was watching over Danni and I. Let me tell you I hugged that stupid tree and thanked it for holding strong. SO, I'm a little stiff and sore, but I am going to try and finish my laundry, and vacuum. We're expecting more pop up storms today, and severe stuff tomorrow. Yay.....Not. Well, I love you all, I'll try to be better about being here more. Have a good day.

Love, Lori

Humbly asking for a "short version" story on what's new (minus the background and maybe separated into small paragraphs) -- boy... i feel retarded.

1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.
