Yeah on the 7 lbs already. It all adds up. Good for you on switching

form pop to water. Just don't force yourself to drink " too " much. The

requirement or suggested amounts are: Minimum 64 oz, if you are

overweight increase it a bit, if you are exercising or in the heat a

lot, drink more. You don't have to guzzle. All good things in

moderation.

The caffeine with drawl headaches are awful! In my Dr Book of Home

Remedies they suggest to actually drink some strong coffee and lay down

in a very dark room. Not sure if it would work with pop. I have only

done it with coffee. Hope that helps and they ease up real soon.
