We are having a winter advisory--2 to 4 or 3 to 5 inches of snow coming our way between 9 tonight and 7 in the morning. This has been the longest Christmas break ever! I made cream of cauliflower soup, and man, was it good! Red peppers, carrots, red onion, chicken boullion and of course cauliflower and a bit of cream. I finished having it today. I love potato soup but I hardly ever make it. I live with my son and family and he doesn't like soup much. I guess he ate too much of it when he was a kid. I could happily eat soup every day.
