Is that low for morning? That seems reasonable for just waking up. Sorry,

I have not read any other posts yet and am still half asleep.

It had not shifted in the last while is what I mean really. I expected it

would with the recent increases BUT my first of the three temp.s for later

averaging has come in at 98.1 and that IS an improvement.

97.7 this morning, I reckon it's going to take a stick of dynamite to get my

metabolism moving........

Thta is JUST a breath away fro a normal firt thin in the AM temp! What Broda

states is normal for basal temps is 97.8 to 98.2, and i have found that

to work very well for me. I seem to keep my basal temp for the first 1-1.5 hours

I am up then it starts climbing.
