This group is the best thing because there are others who have my conditions and really know what I am going through. Ms. Katurah, Your gentle ways and hugs sent via email are felt and I feel very lucky for us to have you as others. I do have pity parties and I try to limit myself on them but the whining is an outlet and I do use self talk and Reality Therapy. This causes me to list what I can and cannot do, and what is happening to me. My husband had to go to the ER the other night with a bladder spasm and I felt so bad, I had already called the primary care physician, his neuro physician, and his out of town neurosurgeon as he has a brain cyst that can cause him to drop over dead. It is at 11 mm now and had his taken out but my husband and his doctor is watching his. This causes me much stress and I do not let anyone mess with my family (bad nursing habit) but the ER nurse made sure she called me back and made sure the doctors knew of this condition as I had just taken a muscle relaxant and could not drive him. When he came home, he was out of spasm but said, " How do you stand it EVERY day? " I said minute by minute. Everyone has a purpose here, just remember that and we can always encourage one another but if someone needs to whine, let them whine (Lyndi gets the wet noodle out on me, but has permission, personal joke). You will find some really interesting and wonderful people here as I said before. Thanks for caring. Bennie
