Guest guest Posted August 3, 2008 Report Share Posted August 3, 2008 hello my daughter has pregnancy induced UC. She is free of any symptoms unless she is pregnant. During her first pregnancy 2 yrs. ago the UC appeared half way through, we did not know much about the disease and her GI dr.told her to eat what ever she could, and prescribed a foam . After delivery within a few weeks she returned to her " normal " state of no UC symptoms. Within days of conception this time the UC appeared with a vengeance. She is in the bathroom at least 20 times /day and up every two hours at night. Needless to say she is not feeling well at all. We found the SCD web site through a friend who has CD. She started on the intro diet today. Any help or advice regarding pregnancy and UC would be appreciated, as she does not wish to take any ddrugs that may damage the baby.Eva Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
