Guest guest Posted April 12, 2007 Report Share Posted April 12, 2007 I am post-meno, age 53, will be 54 this year. I have never had one hot flash; had cold flashes for a few years, then nothing. But.....I am hot all the time during the day, and have been wayyyyyyy before Armour, etc. I have a fan on my desk at work; when everyone else is comfy I am hot. I thought it was meno related since it has been going on for several years, but I do know it is not related to my meds because it was this way years before Armour, HC, and Iodine.
