Guest guest Posted August 3, 2008 Report Share Posted August 3, 2008 I purchased Organic Chicken yesterday from Whole Foods. They have this new packaging that is vacuum sealed. I thought this would be good in this weather since sometimes the chicken juices spill in the bag and I am worried lately about contamination etc. Yes, I do put all poultry in separate bag. Sorry to sound so paranoid. I was wondering if this is a concern, it says nothing is added to the packaging. No ingredients- nothing. Are any chemicals added to vacuum packing things?
