Guest guest
Hi , hope you're settling in okay after your move? It's all very interesting this finding the right dose business isn't it? From what you write I'd say you sound found to increase... But, just to clarify, unlike you I felt hugely underactive on 75mcgs Synthroid (Endonob of course ignored me). I then found lovely Dr Skinner & he straight away upped me to 100mcgs synthroid, then introduced Armour, so I began to improve from there on in. I don't find the conversion charts from Synthroid to Armour very useful, I think Armour is such a different product that you just have to find your level on it separately without comparing. I think as long as your pulse is steady, your temps are okay & you're not feeling hyper, then it's fine to increase until you feel better. All IMHO of course! Fee xxxx > Hi Fee, Glad you mentioned that. I was on 75 mcg of Synthroid that proved to be too much for me to handle. I was then brought down to 50 of levoxyl, which was too low. Well, I switched to Armour around the same > time as the new memeber: March 9th I believe. I started at 1/4 grain > and moved up to 1 1/2 grains. I thought it was weird that I still need more, but hearing what you take makes feel better about upping the meds again. That's interesting isn't it? >
