Guest guest
Hi, everyone. I'm low in aldosterone and take Florinef. One way that might help people tell if they are possibly low in aldosterone, aside from lab tests, is to take a lot of salt (Celtic or Real) during the day. About 3 tablespoons or more. Take most of it in the morning. If you shed a lot of water and your pulse goes down, then you probably are low in aldosterone. As far as I know the only two things that will help replace aldosterone are salt and Florinef. If any one knows of any thing else please let me know!
