Guest guest
if i were you i'd aim for 15 and pray for 20. because 55 is a lot to force yourself to lose and if you lose slowly you may get discouraged, and hopefully you will lose slowly so it stays off. we are all here for you though and will encourage you as long as you are being healthy to yourself. everyone here is very motivating and encouraging. a lot of people here are having success with weight watchers. i just started eating breakfast again, i eat a granola bar, cereal and fruit, then for snack i have some more fruit, lunch i try to have a smart ones, or a lean cuisine, and for snack some pretzels and celery and dip, then for dinner whatever we make that is healthy, lately i've been havingtuna sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, and other healthy meals. i drink at least 64 oz of water everyday except when i feel like it's forced. but for the most part once you start drinking and your body gets used to it you may be able to drink more and find you will acutally thirst for more. take vitamins, some of us are taking prenatal vitamins as they have manymany vitamins in them. try to do the little things like park further away, take the stairs, do squats when you go to the bathroom, do crunches everyother day. walk whenever you can. i've been walking 30-50 min a day at least four days a week. find a picture of someone you admire, or some outfits you would like to wear tape them to the fridge and the cupboards, put a picture at your desk of what you used to look like that you'd like to again if you have one. i have a picture of my wedding dress at my desk to prevent snacking out of boredom. good luck. > Hello all. Guest guest
Hi Deondra (nice name by the way) It can be done, just make sure you do not lose more than 2 lbs a week. Write down everything you eat, calories, and fat. Drink pleanty of water and make sure that you exercise. It is the combination of the two that really work. Arlene > Hello all.
