i am sorry to hear that your dad died so young. that is a very hard

thing to go through. but as far as your goals it sounds like you are

ready and you will do this and definitely keep trying. you will make

it. the first part of the weight is sometimes the easiest the rest

will come. i had realized i gained weight when i went to try on some

summer clothes because i get really hot when i clean. and the shorts

didn't fit. they fit again but i want to get smaller ones this

year.

Tammy,

You might have only done part of what you planned but you did do it! Be

proud of yourself! I learned that life happens and you just have to go

with it and do what you can. Don't sweat the stuff that didn't go as

planned, just make new goals and do the best you can!!!

As for the skin, it takes time. You did lose the weight rather fast

but you are young and your skin is sure to have more elasticity than my

almost 38 yr old one! Somethings that I know help are lots of water,

antioxidants and keep your skin well moisturized. I use an eye cream

that seems to help. It's the Walmart store brand Equate eye firming

cream. Oh also, I know I keep mentioning it in regards to lots of

things but Pycnogenol and MSM are very good supps for the whole body,

inside and out.

hi shan,

thanks for your concern. i am not sure what i will do i guess i will

have to wait and see. it is just that since i lost 80 pounds that my

lower eyelids have fell just a bit. and i keep thinking if they have

fell like this with 80 pounds lost what if they fall more if i lose

30-40 more so that kind of scares me and makes me feel like i cant

win for losing. maybe it is just me being over critical of myself i

dont know. talk to u later

--hi gena,

thanks for writing back. i guess i am just kind of disappointed that

i wasnt able to follow through with some of the things i wanted to

do. but the bright side is that it isnt too late to do those things.

i can still lose the rest of my weight and go back to school and

finish. i just need to refocus and start getting with the program.

thanks for hearing me vent. i just sometimes feel like i am not doing

anything with my life that i wanted. but i think i will go back and

try it again. and hopefully when i do it will work out. i will look

for the eye cream too thanks. good luck with your goals too :)

Tammy,

You sound soo much like my hubby! At 22 he was upset because he didn't

have a house and couple kids! LOL The thing I have told him and am

going to tell you, STOP worrying about what isn't! Just do what you

can. Go with the flow. Plans change, it's OK!!! Just have fun, do the

best you can, be happy! You are getting refocused and stuff now, that's

what counts. Now I'm ordering you, stop being soo serious. Go do

something silly and have fun!

Hugs,

Gena
