Slightly OT: Is baby acne cause for concern?

Our 3rd child (a boy) is almost 4 weeks old. He has a HORRIBLE case of baby

acne. With my oldest being on the spectrum, of course we are over analyzing

everything. Is baby acne really just " normal " or is it a sign of something

bigger? Should we be concerned?

Other than the acne, he is doing great. We are not vaccinating. I had a

natural delivery with no pitocin and no pain meds. He is breastfeeding

wonderfully. He is a very content baby and hardly cries at all. Doesn't spit

up at all. Doesn't appear to be affected by anything that I eat. So everything

else is looking good.
