Heard that one before? LOL! I don't recognize any of the older familiar names here, but that's ok - we are all here for the same reasons! I just wanted to sign on here again, post a hello to you all, and start reading through some of the posts here. I noticed one about the Body For Life plan - this is a really great one and have experience wonderful results with it - until I let personal family medical problems get in my way. Hard to get back on track. What makes this program wonderful is that it emphasizes ALL the important things to be successful at permanent weight loss: healthy eating, weight training, aerobic activity, motivation, water intake, and proper rest and recovery.
