i had a pretty good weekend,saturday for breakfast half of a donut,

and milk, lunch was noodles and chicken, baked skinless, and dinner

was tuna salad sub again. and some " fun " cardio. that is a secret

though. wink wink lol

breakfast this mornign was bowl of cereal with skim milk, for lunch

was low fat pierogies, and pierogies. for snack granola bar and

fruit snacks. for dinner was low fat or lean kielbasa, with

applesauce and grapes. then snack was nutri grain bar. drank all my

water today.

and today i did 5 minutes on the treadmile, 15 minutes on my first

break, 20 minutes on my lunch break. so did good getting that in

there since i didn't have time at home.
