Guest guest Posted April 13, 2004 Report Share Posted April 13, 2004 When I first started using it I had increased energy...I know that was due to my body grabbing all those wonderful vitamins and amino acids. I like having the sustaining energy it gives me. It's not a " high " so to speak but a continuous energy. My husband has really noticed it. I would be afraid to stop taking it at this point....I must really need all those vitamins, etc. Does that make sense? with kind regards, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom!
