Pat,

That sounds wonderful! Keep up the good work. I bought a

pedometer several weeks ago and was keeping track of my steps

until I got sick. I forget what was my highest number of steps. Doing

a marathon just doesn't sound like a lot fun except the way you

describe it and for your reasons. I am changing my attitudes little by

little. It all helps.
