Another possibility is to check with your local religious organization to

see if someone would be willing to assist a fellow member.

The one drawback to hiring a non-SCDer is that you will have to know what

you can and cannot have backwards and forwards so that they know how they

have to adapt standard cooking techniques.

Hey Spencer,

If I felt energized enough I would be more than happy to make you a

pot of soup. I also was looking for someone to help me in those early

months with cooking. With this recent set-back I had it sure would of

been nice as well. If you find a chef and like them please let me

I think it would be challenging going through a normal type of chef

since this diet calls for fanatical adherence and no cross

contamination etc. So, how can someone really understand the

necessities of this diet? Not sure.
