Sooo to update, i called Lawall , once again, 's office in Sellersville,PA. To set an appt. they only had one opening tomorrow which was during her PT which we already missed last week. Then she's pretty much arguing with me that we have an appt next friday. And i told her there are problems with this one now again. THen she said i thought i went to NE to get them fixed, I said we did but now she has red marks and indents on her Flat side and is pinching her head at the closure. she shaid Oh OK then well... ya know, all snotty, like i am Bothering her.. I just cried when i got off the phone. CT called today and was dealing with my insurance and said we had to go to Lawall, thats the only place they will cover. So hopefully Friday.. they can see what the heck i'm talking about, and that it's not my imagination. Pics are posted from lastnight after an hour of wearing the helmet. You can't see too good, because of her hair and my crappyy camera. But , the first pic is her flat side, and if you look 2 inches above her ear you will see it's red all the way around. and at the bottom of her head. Ackk.. So if nothing gets resolved at this point i guess we won't get correction. Thanks for the vent., I don't have anyone to talk to right now.
