Guest guest
Hi Sandy, I got plenty of suggestions for you - you need to be on a higher dose of Armour, sack your doc, increase it yourself! I was majorly hypo when my TSH was at 2.95. You need to be on more Armour to get your Free T4 & Free T3 at the top of those ranges - it doesn't matter if your TSH gets supressed or really about the other ranges either; go off how you feel, not those darn bloods! I can relate to all the things you're writing. Change your doc, or self-medicate, but definitely increase your Armour & the world will feel like a better place again. I'm currently on 4 grains of Armour & was on only 75mcgs Sinthroid for 5 years & felt crap. Wish I'd found this group back then! As long as you keep an eye on your pulse you can self-medicate - it's hardly rocket science this thyroid monitoring business is it? That's what I've come to realise anyway. I'd go for it & bump up your dose (mine increases 1/2 grain every 3 weeks). Remember, you know how you feel better than anyone.
