We used Deplin for a while, but I didn't like the other junk that was in it. You can crush it. We had it compounded at a local compounding pharmacy when we used it. They flavored it with stevia and made a pretty good suspension out of it. We eventually switched to 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (1000 mcg). It comes in capsule form and doesn't taste like much - you can empty it into pearsauce, etc. Prothera makes MethylFolate and Thorne Research makes 5-MTHF.
