Guest guest
Hmmm. I can tell you this---no one in the polls who feels they are on their optimal dose of Armour is as low as 2 grains. And...if you were on .275 Levoxyl, your optimal dose is perhaps MUCH higher than 2 grains. I was on .125 Levoxyl, and my current optimal dose is 3 grains. I don't know what your symptoms are about when you awoke, but at least I can pass along the above to help you make a decision about increasing........ Take care of yourself today, OK?? My body should be full of T4 since I was taking > in so much Levoxyl:0.275mg before switching over, right?
Guest guest
I continually notice a difference within 1/2 hour after I have started taken my Armour dose, and that's with some of it still doing it's job in my mouth. Amazing. I always think I am imagining it, yet I always notice it. Janie > Today I was in a rush and didn't have a chance to take my thyrolar. > (Guess who I saw at church though ). Guest guest
Gossimer... just as a thing to try..... take one of your doses as you go to bed.... It was the trick for me to start sleeping deeply and restoratively AND bring dreams back... it's possible that your system needs a hit to start the healing process (remember we heal and grow ten times faster asleep than awake) so it's possible that you need that dose of T3 at night, like me... If it is the difference.. you should know the first night.... I slept like a log the first time I did it... and then took my next dose as soon as a woke.. I've been doing that for about a year now.... It's also what took away my morning pain.... I had horrible pain in my ribs, back and neck.. the 'which way did the Mack truck go?' syndrome... Just a thought.... Remind me... are you supporting you adrenals?
