digital phones

Does anyone know about the use of digital phones with digital hearing

aids?? My 4 month old is just starting on the hearing aid route and is

now using analogs. He will probably try digital as well at some point

and I really wanted to get a car phone but have heard that digitals

interfere with the digital aids. Most new car phones are digital and

the analogs are more expensive and most want a long contract term.
